Client Portal version 5.55 released

The most noteworthy improvement to be rolled out with this release is in regards to the addition of the Website Soft Launch feature. Further details follow:

  • New interface introduced for the Website Soft Launch feature
  • 7 new views added in support of the Website Soft Launch feature
  • Clients can now enable the general public, or assign only a select few to view and leave feedback for their website during the website soft launch phase and
  • Through the Website Maintenance feature, clients now have the option to leave feedback in regards to our website-related recommendations (if their website is maintained through our website solutions division)

Client Portal version 5.45 released

General bug fixes were made with this release, including a new view added to enable our clients to monitor the status and receive important updates for the web services they use from our parent company and related divisions.

Client Portal version 5.4 released

Website Maintenance feature was greatly expanded and includes:

  • 7 new Website Maintenance feature views added
  • New dashboard added for the Website Maintenance feature
  • Clients now have the ability to submit website content/design change requests for their website(s)

    Note : Client's website(s) must be maintained through our website solutions division in order to submit a change request

  • Clients can view the status of, details for, as well as the ability to cancel their website content/design change request
  • Clients can now view their website performance trends for each of their digital properties managed by us through a separate view

Several improvements have been incorporated into the current release, which includes over 15 new views and new functionality. The following list summarizes the most important additions made:

    • Comment Form for Project Task General view now a separate view with a new design
    • Reply Form view added to enable side conversations
    • Save Comment view and option enables clients to save a limited number of comments to their comments archive for future reference
